Part of that experience will include our experts supplying information, tips & encouragement so that our valued guests are able to recreate their unique hairstyles in between visits.

    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • Cancellation & No Show Policy
    We ask you to realise that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services. Since we realize that it is easy to forget an appointment made months in advance, all our appointments are confirmed by sms in advance. Cancellation fees will apply and we will require you to provide your credit card information. 1} Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a fee of 100% of the reserved service price. 2) "No show" will likewise be charged 100% of the booked service price. The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability, keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients. You need to PHONE us at least 48 hrs in advance of your hair appointment to either cancel or reschedule if you want to avoid paying cancellation costs. Thank you for viewing and supporting our cancellation terms and conditions. We appreciate your support & loyalty.
  • When is your Monday Mania promotion available?
    As the name suggests our Monday Mania promotion runs on Monday’s only. However appointments can be booked throughout the week so hurry and book yours as we have a limited capacity.
  • Is a current skin test a necessity?
    Yes, our clients need to provide a current skin test to take advantage of our Monday Mania promotion.
